Since June 2010, we’ve been holding regular “pop –up” dinner parties at Alias on Monday nights when the restaurant is usually closed.
For these dinners, we encourage well-known guest chefs to infiltrate our kitchen and take over our stove to create and surprise us with a $40 prix fixe menu that reflects her/his culinary skills and passion to food and fresh, local ingredients.
We add our great hosting skills to the mix and bingo, we have a dinner party to be proud of that is fast becoming the talk of the town!
Guest chefs may be visiting from out of town, taking a breather between shows or simply looking for another kitchen to experiment in and/or a chance to cook dinner party style.
Whatever their situation, you can be sure that this may be the only time you get the chance to eat with them in such an intimate and neighborhood setting.
Be sure to JOIN OUR MAILING LIST to make sure that you are kept in the loop and don’t miss out on your invitation to our Monday Night Dinner Party @ Alias.
